Please be in touch within 5 days of receiving your item if your item has arrived damaged. I will do my best to replace or refund the work.
If a refund has been agreed, please return items in their original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers will need to cover the cost of returning their items.
In the case of lost items, please notify me within 3 weeks of shipment. If I'm not notified of the absent package within this period, I will not be responsible for compensating the loss.
